Smoked Salmon Blinis

🧾 Ingredients

  • 12 mini blinis or small pancakes
  • 100g smoked salmon, sliced
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
  • Fresh dill, chopped
  • Lemon zest (optional)
  • Black pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Warm the blinis in a pan or oven until soft.
  2. Top each with a spoonful of crème fraîche.
  3. Place smoked salmon on top.
  4. Add a sprinkle of dill and lemon zest.
  5. Season with black pepper and serve!
