🥂 Smoked Salmon Blinis

🧾 Ingredients
- 12 mini blinis or small pancakes
- 100g smoked salmon, sliced
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
- Fresh dill, chopped
- Lemon zest (optional)
- Black pepper to taste
👩🍳 Instructions
- Warm the blinis in a pan or oven until soft.
- Top each with a spoonful of crème fraîche.
- Place smoked salmon on top.
- Add a sprinkle of dill and lemon zest.
- Season with black pepper and serve!
